Containers ~ Transform

Real shifts tend to need a few sessions, not one. These are for anyone ready to go deeper on a single thread.

The Return — 3 sessions

A short arc for a specific pattern or transition: grief, a life change, or reconnecting with your body after time away from it. A mix of somatics, breath, and bodywork, sequenced together.

Root & Reclaim — 6 sessions

A longer container built around embodiment, for anyone moving through a deeper cycle of reclaiming the body as home.

Remember & Rise - 12 sessions

The longest container, for those not looking to solve one thing, but to make this an ongoing, devotional practice, a way of coming home, again and again. A sustained rhythm of somatics, breath, and bodywork, held over time, built to carry you through whatever season you're in, as you remember who you are beneath everything you've had to hold and rise into it, session by session."

Circles ~Belong

Small group offerings, held often.

Corporate

Bring somatics, breathwork, or a guided group session into your workplace, for teams that need to come down out of their heads and back into steady ground.

Sessions are shaped around your group: a single breathwork session for an away day, a short somatic series for a team going through change, or a recurring practice for staff wellbeing.
